My 4-year-old daughter was very anxious and frightened about her check-up and your hygienists went out of their way to make her comfortable and explained everything they were doing. They were friendly and warm and really made her cleaning a fun experience. [Both my son and my daughter also loved the toy/reward choices!] The offices were very well run and organized. -- Robyn H. A few months ago my son had developed cavities, we were given references for other Pediatric Specialists which were not successful in caring for our son's issues. We were even concerned that his future dental visits would be a nightmare because of these past experiences. Thankfully after speaking with our trusted Pediatrician, he recommended Dr. Dinkes. It was the greatest advise we had ever received. Not only did we get in to see Dr. Dinkes in a timely manner, we were greeted by such a caring staff throughout the whole experience. They walked us through everything and reassured me that I was not a horrible mom for all the cavities. When we saw Dr. Dinkes for the first time he made both my son and I feel welcome and understood. It was determined that my son needed to go to Bridgeport Hospital to have his dental work complete. Scary as that was for me, that too was handled in such a way that we were never in the dark about anything. The entire staff was caring, compassionate and concise in every aspect of his care. Dr. Dinkes had taken the worry out of that situation too by personalizing every step of his care. He even followed up with a phone call later in the day to check on him. We as a family decided from the first day we walked in to the office that we were in the right place. Thank you so very much for taking such excellent care of our son, and we can not thank you enough for making a potentially horrible future experience absolutely peaceful. My
son, Zach, was a patient of yours from palate expander through
full braces. He recently went to his high school Prom. When His
date's Mom brought in the Prom pictures to her work, everyone commented
on how beautifully straight Zach's teeth were. They said they'd
never seen teeth so beautiful! I've enclosed one picture so you
can see your handiwork. His cuteness may
be due to mine and my husband's genetics but that smile is all
