Payment is due at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy for patients with insurance coverage, we will submit charges for services directly to your insurance carrier. Our computer system is able to estimate patient balance after insurance and payment of your portion is due at the time service is rendered.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Financial Policy

For your convenience, Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics, LLC can offer several payment options. By having a sound financial policy that reduces our billing costs, we are able to keep our fees reasonable while still providing the high quality care our patients deserve.

• 5% fee reduction for bills paid in full at time of service (cash or check ONLY). You must submit your own insurance for direct reimbursement. A superbill will be provided.

• 10% fee for children's appointments scheduled on school days between 11AM and 1PM, excluding holidays, AND payment in full at time of service (Cash or check ONLY). You must submit your own insurance for direct reimbursement. A superbill will be provided.


• Assignment of benefits to Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics, LLC with all deductibles and co-pays paid in full at time of service. After sixty (60) days, if payment has not been received from your insurance company, the entire balance becomes due and a $5 monthly billing fee will be posted to your account.
  
• Assignment of benefits to Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics, LLC. A $5.00 monthly billing charge will be posted to your account. Balances over ninety (90) days are considered delinquent and will be turned over to collection.

In most cases, dental insurance does not cover the full cost of dental care. Please remember that YOU are responsible for all fees charged by Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics regardless of coverage. It is your responsibility to follow up on outstanding claims.

Capital One Healthcare CreditlineOur insurance coordinator can often provide individual financial arrangements for larger caes if you should need them. Capital One Healthcare Finance™ and Healthcare Creditline™ are two options that are available.
