Lawrence Dinkes, DDS – Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Dinkes founded Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics in 1983 with a mission to create a dental practice entirely different from those he experienced while growing up: to "treat people right," with sensitivity and respect for their concerns and fears, and the ongoing use of the most "cutting edge" technologies and methods to achieve lifelong dental health.

"When I founded Commerce Park Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics, it was to treat patients the way I always wanted to be treated but never was. What most people don't know about me is that I am a dental-phobic. Hard to believe? Yes, I know what it is to dislike going to the dentist, and it has been my life's work to create a dental care environment for people who feel as I do!"

Andrew Spadinger, DDS - Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Spadinger is a board certified pediatric dentist. He attends over 50 hours of continuing education courses per year to update his knowledge of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Spadinger received special training in hospital dentistry for special needs and handicapped children, and children receiving bone marrow and liver transplants. He also has a special interest in sports-related traumas and the re-implantation of teeth and has implemented a program to make mouth guards available to children involved in all sports.

"I am devoted to taking the scare element out of dental care for kids," says Dr. Spadinger, "and to teaching them that dentistry is not the 'bad thing' that their parents may have led them to believe. Everything we do here is designed to make it as easy as possible for the patient, including extremely flexible scheduling to accommodate today's time-challenged lives."

Mary Ritter, DMD - Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist

Dr. Ritter is dual-trained in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Her combined specialties and understanding of child growth and development allow her to provide comprehensive dental and orthodontic care.

"Getting children to feel comfortable at the dentist at an early age can make all the difference. These initial encounters set the stage for their future dental health attitude."

Paula Cerqueira, DMD - Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Cerqueira is a board-eligible pediatric dentist. She worked as a general dentist in private practice as well as community health centers prior to starting her Pediatric Dentistry training. She was an intern at the Boston's Dental Public Health Commission where she participated in numerous oral health and research projects. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
